We receive a fee after a successful payout or a referral fee from your solicitor and this does not affect the compensation you will receive.

Millions of UK motorhome owners may have been overcharged on their finance deals

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has launched a formal review into the way motorhome and campervan finance was sold across the UK between 2007 and 2024. The investigation centres on hidden commissions — secret fees paid by lenders to dealers that inflated the cost of PCP and HP agreements without the buyer’s knowledge.

A landmark court ruling found that lenders who paid undisclosed commissions to motor finance dealers acted unlawfully — potentially entitling millions of consumers to a refund.

If you financed a motorhome or campervan during this period, there is a strong chance your agreement was affected. Claims are being handled through the FCA Redress Scheme, which means your lender — not you — bears the cost of any refund owed. The process is straightforward: answer a few short questions, and our SRA-regulated legal team will assess your case at no upfront cost to you.
